ANALISIS RE INVESTASI PENDAPATAN USAHATANI PAD DI SENTRA PRODUKSI SIDENRENG RAPPANG SULAWESI SELATAN
Abstract
Investment RE Analysis of Rice Farming Income Sidenreng Rappang In Production Centre, South Sulawesi. This study aims to determine the factors that encourage and impede re rice farm income investments. The research was conducted in the District Sidenreng Rappang with three sub samples and three sample villages, the districts that represent high production: Watang Sidenreng, with 3 villages each sample village / village with high productivity, medium and low, namely: Empagae Village, Countryside Aka-akane and the Village of Peace. Districts that represent productivity are; District 3 villages Baranti with samples with high productivity, medium and low, the village Passeno, Sipodeceng village, and village Tonronge. While the district that represents the low productivity of Sub Kulo, with each sample villages Abbokongang village, the village of Mario, and Kulo village. Site selection was based on methods of sampling and stratified sampling purposive. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis using cross table and to know the value of farm reinvestment then used multiple regression analysis. The forms of reinvestment by farmers with penyakap status, farm land is narrow and low productivity of procurement of production inputs and farm equipment procurement amounted to 7.76%. Farmers with the status of the owner mereinvestasikan 64.88% for purchases of production inputs, 21.09% for the manpower and 14.03% for the procurement of farm equipment. While the farmer to the status of the owner and penyakap mereinvestasikan 60.44% for the means of production, 20.80% for the manpower and 18.76% for purchases of production facilities and purchase of modern agricultural machinery. Farmers who have low productivity, which forms reinvestment in production facilities to do is purchase of 59.17%, 29.59% of the labor and farm equipment amounted to 11.24%. Farmers who have medium and high productivity, respectively reinvestasinya form is 56.48% for the means of production, 18.83% for the manpower and 24.70% for farm equipment, while high productivity, 46.23% for the means of production, 11.56% for the manpower and 42.21% for the purchase of agricultural equipment and machinery.
